Raw Material

Brass, bronze, copper, aluminium and gunmetal are the raw materials used to manufacture products ranging from Conduit Fittings and Earthing Accessories to Cable Glands and Brass Neutral Links. In order to ensure quality, we import our raw materials from our international suppliers and convert them into extrusion rods. Manufacturing of these products begin by blending our expertise and samples provided by our customers.

Value Added Processes


	Plating:
	By employing sophisticated procedures like electro tin plating, electro nickel plating, electro copper plating, gold plating and others, we ensure the finished products is durable, effective and fit-for-purpose.

	Testing:
	Ring gauge, plug gauge, degree gauge and mitutoyo vernier, along with outside micrometer and torque test machine are dedicated machines employed to test the finished products for 100% quality assurance.

	Packaging:
	The finished and tested products are packed using PVC bags, thermal PVC tray, wooden cases and pallets with the help of procedures like shrink wrapping and machines like auto strapping machines.

Our products range between 3 mm and 125 mm in terms of physical dimensions and 0.0003 gram to 5.000 kg in terms of weight. By adding new dimensions of quality and variation to our products, we have been able to earn respect from our customers and to attain remarkable levels of customer satisfaction as well as market recognition.
